溫馨美好的生活，是每個人所企盼的，但這種美好，並非時時存在於我們的現實生活中。人們的體會往往是：人生短暫，苦不堪言！但從我的感受來說，這種溫馨和美好，是我們自己用心可以找到的，它每時每刻就在我們身邊，想得到一點兒都不難。
讓我們嘗試著用愛心去看待周圍的一草一木，看待身邊的人和事。
走出屋門時，請把目光放柔和些，對著宇宙蒼穹、對著遠景近物，真誠地問一聲：你們好！然後，把腳步放輕一點，注意不要傷害到蟻蟲們，千萬別因自己的不小心而傷了他們的生命。可能他們的家中有待哺之子，有盼歸之妻，或許有望兒之母。對了，把我們的腳步再放輕一點。
走到樹跟前，用心靈向它深深地問候，可能會聽到或看到樹的回應，感受到它對我們的歡喜接受。此時，將自己與樹自然地融為一體，我就是樹，樹就是我！只短短的時間，便會體會到樹的瀟灑、清靜、自在、飄逸，樹的清香彷彿從我的身體裡散發出來……
樹是無私的，它給予我們的太多太多。春天，它用勃勃的綠色和絢麗的花朵，裝點我們的環境；秋季，它獻出累累碩果，滋養我們的身心；夏日炎炎裡，它為我們撐起一片綠蔭；風暴來臨時，它挺身為我們擋風避沙，即使到老、到死，它都變成一切用品，進入我們的日常生活，默默地為我們服務，它甚至化成一捧灰燼，把溫暖和光明留給每一個需要的人。
樹啊，是這樣的無私、這樣的偉大，我們不知不覺地活在它的保護裡，它是我們永遠的希望和伴侶。
在我心裡，樹就是佛。
看到山，向山問一聲：你好！再想：我就是山，山就是我，踏踏實實地立於世間，接受著日月星辰的照爍、接受著風雪雨霜的洗禮。這時，就會感受到力量，感到生命更加踏實。
看到蔚藍的天空，便情不自禁地放下自我的渺小，將身心融化進去。我就是天，天就是我，能包容萬物，與宇宙共存。此刻，才會明白為功名利祿絞盡腦汁、拼命奔波，為大小凡事生氣發火、著急苦惱，顯得是那樣無知、那樣自私。
喝水前，也都同樣地想：謝謝你，默默無聞的水！
水給我能量，給我滋潤。有了它，我不疲勞、不骯髒、不狂躁、不憤怒，它是眾生的源頭哇，它無處不在。有了它，便有了小溪、河流和大海。
水的溫柔更是不可阻擋的，無論是水、是冰、是雨、是雲、是氣、是彩虹，沒有它到不了的高山，更有它常居的深谷。
無論在任何情況下，它都會因人們的需要而隨時出現。
有時身體不舒服，我們真誠地與水溝通後，慢慢喝下去，奇蹟可能就會發生，常常就會有水到病除的效果。
長途跋涉後，身心疲勞，一碗清水舒解了勞累、清涼了心火、補充了能量，再洗個澡，此刻，身心像清晨的幼苗一般，清爽了許多。
每天起床後，先把體內的廢舊污濁排泄出來，再捧起清水，把五官洗淨，同時觀想把我們自身的自私、貪婪、骯髒都洗掉，還一個清潔、明亮、理智、大度的我，接下來的每一天都是快樂美好的。
水無處不在，它的功德是講不完的。
遇到所有人，由衷地問一聲：你好！我常常是沒等開口，心先說出來，把友善種在自己的心裡，把所有人都看成是自己的親人。
當我們的心靈充滿了善良、友好時，我們便獲得了善良、友好的回報，這種回報，比我們付出的要多得多。幸福、吉祥將時時圍繞在身邊，我們的生活怎能不充滿陽光、充滿歡樂？反之，如果我們的內心是自私、貪婪、仇恨的，我們就會把這個世界看得暗淡無光、冰冷僵硬，煩惱、憂愁、痛苦就時刻包圍著我們。因為我們得到的是自私、貪婪和報復心的回報。
從起心動念開始，逐步培養我們的善心和慈悲，獲得正確生活的智慧和方法。成功就在不知不覺中了。
一切都是自己創造的，用噁心對待世界便得痛苦，用善心對待世界便得幸福。
說起雜文，我只是喜歡看，而不敢去寫。喜歡雜文抨擊時弊、激濁揚清的火藥味；喜歡雜文敢於直面人生的痛快淋漓的鮮血；喜歡雜文作者的膽識和發現問題的獨道見解。
不敢寫雜文，還是寫了自己對一些事的看法，只是看法而已，不是有意去抨擊某個人，或某一些人。再說了，我給你無仇無冤的，怎會給你過不去呢？我相信自己的筆還沒有練到爐火純青的地步，還沒有達到“投槍”和“匕首”的作用，我雖然有“俯首甘為孺子牛”的思想和態度，但沒有魯迅先生“橫眉冷對千夫指”膽識和氣魄，因此，你不用怕，所以我也就不用怕了。
不敢寫雜文，是不想招惹是非，是怕無形中招惹了“個別人”，給我穿“小鞋”，使“絆子”，不小心掉進陰溝裡翻了船。可轉念一想，自己不就是說說實話嗎？有那麼嚴重嗎？再說了，我寫雜文是寫現象、寫社會、寫本質，不是給你某某人過不去。再說了，我寫的是貪官，是不公平，你又不是貪官，又沒做不公平之事，你還怕我寫嗎？如果你是貪官，早晚都會倒台，那我又怕你何甚？哈…….想到此，膽子不免又大了些，“怕”字又甩到了腦後面，可仔細一想，不免還是有些後怕，還是怕個別人死灰復燃，秋後找我算賬，身上不免出了一身冷汗。
不敢寫雜文，不是說自己不是一個正直的人，是因為怕寫的不到位，看問題的角度不准確、不獨到、不犀利，而寫出來讓人不服氣。不敢寫雜文，是因為說起雜文，就讓我想到了魯迅他老人家的“投槍”和“匕首”來，怕被人諷刺、挖苦、打擊、報復，好歹現在國家言論自由了，上層給人一些說真話的空間，所以，就有了“位卑未敢忘憂國”的心情，對世上一些不順眼的事“說三道四”，吐心中一時的不快，不是給誰誰過不去。比如說這次重慶打黑去惡、掃黃打非活動，打的是貪官污吏，打的是社會渣滓，打的是黑惡勢力，打的是黃賭毒，只是還重慶市民一個風清氣正的空間，還老百姓一個社會公道。要說給誰過不去的話，那就是給貪官污吏過不去，給黑惡勢力過不去，給黃賭毒過不去。雖然這次打黑除惡、掃黃打非大快人心，得到了市民的擁護和支持，但一些人想想還是有點後怕，怕“有錢能使鬼推磨”，怕惡勢力後面還有“後台”、“老大”，現在判刑進了監獄的人，過不了幾天又出來了，找人秋後算賬，其不讓人擔憂？後怕？
不敢寫雜文，我是怕污染了雜文這個陣地和“鼎新革故、激濁揚清”的宗旨。雜文在我的記憶裡，是神聖不可侵犯的，從小就喜歡魯迅先生的文章，特別是魯迅先生寫的雜文，他那揭露黑暗、警醒愚昧、振臂吶喊的文字至今深深地刻畫在我的心裡，時刻告戒自己要做一個正直的人，做一個敢於抨擊時弊的勇敢戰士。記得自己入伍參軍到軍營的第一年裡，在一次偶然的機會裡看到了一張《雜文報》，《雜文報》上“鼎新革故、激濁揚清”八個字映入我的眼簾，從此，便喜歡上了《雜文報》，喜歡上這個敢於說真話的“陣地”。如今，時過境遷，物是人非。當時年輕單純的我，逐漸成熟起來，看問題的角度也由表及里，由淺入深了，但一時的激情被時世的生活所羈絆，不能不在生活的漩渦裡掙扎徘徊，盡量不去招惹是非，也許是自己深暗時事了，就小心亦亦地躲避一些風險。
不敢寫雜文，難道能心安理得嗎？看來我還沒修練得道，否則，不會再這兒“胡說八道”了。
我們喜歡古典音樂的人，喜歡名指揮家的人，在心目中都會有一個名單。在此名單上，當然會赫赫然寫著一系列大指揮家的名字，如托斯卡尼尼，福特文格勒等等。
我們也許在音樂會上，在片子上，看過他們的絕妙的精彩表演。看到德國指揮家克萊伯的指揮，不禁讓我有了一個新大陸般的發現。這個新大陸的發現，著實讓我震驚！不是因為他的指揮有多麼的激烈，宏大與浪漫，也不是因為他的對於德奧音樂的理性的、極為邏輯的詮釋，而是因為，他給我們帶來的一種完全是另類風格的衝擊。而且這樣的衝擊，也並不是那種感情的旋渦完全被掀起其高潮的那種衝擊，而是極為委婉的，甚至是極為平靜的，有著和音樂的極為接近、又不失距離感的那種奇特的衝擊。其實，要說是一種衝擊，已經不那麼準確了。因為克萊伯的追求，是要讓人們既有完全與音樂融合，又時時處處不會被音樂吞沒的那種感覺。
我是在聆聽他指揮的勃拉姆斯第二交響樂，詮釋勃拉姆斯，自然不是易事。他的那種內斂的短線條的織體，讓人們剛好處在一種抑鬱的，但是卻可以爆發極大能量的興奮狀態之中。無論什麼樣的作品，只要他的作品內的能量達到了應有的濃度，都是能夠感人肺腑。
從內心深處向外的宣洩，是我們所聽到的一般化的古典音樂的一大特點，當然這並不是全部古典音樂的特點。在勃拉姆斯的音樂里，我以為，他的爆發力，剛好是和一般的音樂相反的。他的音樂，是從外，向著內心深處蔓延的反作用力的音樂。而對於這一點，克萊伯熟知其奧妙，在處理中，就像他本人，艷遇了克拉拉•舒曼，而又完全不能將其感其情，表露於外在的世界一般，內心的極大苦悶，逐漸地在心裡積存下來，等待著尋找藝術的寄託和發現。我在幾個極為微弱的小節裡，聽到了勃拉姆斯的如泣如訴的淒瀝的音符，進入悲哀，還是不進入悲哀，這是一個很微妙的情感處理。
對於克萊伯而言，他在我們看來的唯美主義的指揮風格，正好派上了用場。在愛情變成了藝術之後，那種即情即感的直接的情緒，已經有所不同，有所改變了。他與以往許多指揮家的風格不同的地方，正是因為克萊伯懂得，音樂是在人們的身外，而同時又在我們的心裡。在期望完全進入音樂的野心支配之下，我們看到過無數把自己當作貝多芬或者莫札特再現者，用力極為曠野的指揮家。但是這樣的指揮家，即便像卡拉揚那樣定力四射，像福特文格勒那樣情感四溢，都無法理解克萊伯的那種奇特的，揮灑自如，準確萬般的，極賦魔力的指揮風格。
克萊伯的音樂是教人們懂得，我們自始至終，不過是在“聽”音樂而已；但是這樣的聽音樂，又是那樣地追求高妙，追求精細，追求完美。他的身體在他的極為細膩的手勢的揮動下，將我們在哲學裡經常談到的若出其里，又若出其外的，辯證的、具有主題之分離的，而且又沒有合題的精神訴求，在其指揮風格的舞蹈般地表現之下，極復活力地加以表達。每一個細節的提示和定位，都非常輕巧，而帶有一種數學般的精確度。於是，勃拉姆斯的交響樂，被他的處理之下泉湧而現，光鮮通透。他的透明化的極有說服力的手臂和手指的舞蹈般的滑動，停頓和爆發，使得聽眾處在一種在外面又同時在內音樂魔力當中。接受他的指揮過程的完美，當然是一種無與倫比的享受。
一直以來，在各個藝術領域裡，都有所謂的純藝術的說法。這個說法意味著，藝術的功能不僅僅是在反映現實的層面上；也不是僅僅出於對所謂人類的心理的表現。在上天賜給我們的大藝術當中，也許會有一種來自上帝的意志。而在超然的層面上，我們人類的意志和理解力都是在我們可以復制的那些作家和藝術家的作品裡進行詮釋，包括過度詮釋。而對於那些直接來自上天的作品，我以為比如莫札特的音樂，就幾乎是不可詮釋的。我們只有在克萊伯的指揮當中，才可以享受到何為來自天籟的聲音。
無論是羅曼•羅蘭，還是別的什麼音樂評論家，他們的所有的文字，只能是對我們人類可以理解的範疇進行解釋，而完全不可能解釋我們懵然無知的那些領域。而在這些領域當中，我們對於老祖宗所說的大言不辯的論斷，是有著深刻理解的。而克萊伯的音樂，正好是在這個基礎上，讓我們聽眾有限地進入音樂，而不是，企圖將音樂，尤其是那些最為超然的音樂下降到凡俗之境界。這一點恰恰是他的指揮的言外之意。
藝術的階段性的出現，也是我們理解上帝意志的一個好的方式。在古典音樂的範圍之內，上帝的恩賜與恩准，決不是無限度的；在這方面，繪畫也是一樣。自18世紀的音樂和19世紀的繪畫出現以後，人類的藝術全面低落。以至到了20世紀和以後的世紀，人們再也不要指望出現象貝多芬和莫奈那樣的大音樂家和畫家了。一個時代結束了，藝術的時代結束了。我們在克萊伯和別的指揮家的手下看到和聽到的藝術，在最為有限的意義上說，都是一種回憶。
如果不是七年前的那次邂逅，她和他恐怕就成了永遠的陌路了。她記得很清楚，那年她去某醫院探望生病的朋友，她在住院部打聽朋友的病房後，就按照指示牌走。在走廊上，她與他撞個正著，那一刻，他們愣住了。他打破僵局，“我母親在這住院，好久不見，你好嗎？”距離畢業，他們已經整整十四年不見了，十四年的時光，他倆已經有了很大的改變。他濃密的頭髮已經有些稀疏，還夾雜著幾根白髮。她的眼睛蒙上一層薄薄的輕霧，突然相見，她不知道該說什麼，“還行吧”。寒暄之後，她告訴他是來看朋友的。既然得知他母親在此，沒有道理不去探望，她隨看他去看他母親。
走進病房，他母親正在安睡，“伯母睡了，我一會再來看她。”她退出病房，他送她到門口。看過朋友，她再次去看他母親。他母親見她進來，坐直了身體，微笑著招呼她，她在床邊坐下。他母親拉著她的手說，“他以前經常說起你，你是個好孩子。”她笑笑，陪著他母親說話。他母親講了很多他小時候的故事，那些故事她以前從不知道。他遞給母親一個削好的蘋果，“媽，您看您……”“人老啦，你別介意啊。”他母親的臉上滿是褶皺，每一條皺紋都帶著滿足的笑意。
從那之後，他們有了聯繫，有時候一起也喝茶、吃飯。圈裡有些朋友總以為他們的關係很微妙，但是他倆很坦然，因為他與她之間有一個適度的距離——如書桌一樣，兩尺不到、一尺有餘。
認識他那年，她十七，他也十七。新學年開始，班裡來了一位男孩，高大而挺拔，黝黑的皮膚，細長的眼睛像一彎新月，臉上掛著淺淺的笑意。她不知道，為什麼他的出現，就像一抹溫暖的陽光在她心頭蕩開。自從家裡發生變故後，她的心就密布陰雲，她幾乎忘掉瞭如何笑了。
他坐在她的身後，下課時，他主動告知他的名字，問她的名字。她冷冷地看他一眼，將練習本在他面前晃晃。 “小小，這名字跟你很配的。”她忽而有些惱怒，在班裡，她就是小不點，這是眾所周知的、無法掩蓋的。可是被人家當著面說出來，還是第一次，她眼裡噙滿了淚。就在他不知所措的時候，上課鈴響了。那節課，他忐忑不安，她餘怒未消，老師宣講的內容，他們沒聽進多少。
下課了，他用文具輕輕碰碰她的後背。她不回頭，也不理睬。 “小小，我沒有惡意的”他的聲音柔柔的穿過她的耳際，“知道”她不知道自己為何這麼輕易就原諒了他。
食堂打飯的隊伍很長，還有人插隊。她好不容易擠到窗口，卻被幾個男孩推搡到了一旁，就在她發楞的瞬間，身後的他拿過她的碗，她感激地看著他，他沖她笑笑，“以後打飯這種小事就交給我吧”十七歲的心開始驛動。
後來，他們上了同一所大學，他仍然為她打飯。他在她面前，經常說起他的母親、還有小妹，他臉上洋溢著濃濃的幸福感。她忽然覺得，在他心裡，母親、小妹遠比她重要。她想如果哪天她們需要他，他一定不會為她停留。她的心隱隱作痛，看著他淺淺的笑，她始終鼓不起勇氣說分手。但她卻開始刻意躲著他，說各自的時間不一，堅持自己打飯。他意識到她的改變，自覺地淡出了她的生活。
在校園裡，他們還能常常見面，可很少單獨呆在一塊。畢業的時候，他跟同學一起去送她。來不及說上一句祝福的話，車就來了，她跟著人流湧上了車，跟他們揮手說再見。後來，他們各自戀愛、結婚、生子，就像兩條平行線永不交接。雖然翻閱青春的記憶，他會在她的心頭閃過，但她對他沒有愛，也沒有恨。那次偶遇，探望他的母親，她深深理解了他，對他多了一份敬重。他很小的時候，跟母親、小妹相依為命。父親因為債務選擇了自殺，柔弱的母親為他和小妹撐起來一方天空，母親就是他的天啊。他是家裡的長子，是家裡唯一的男人，對小妹他有一份義不容辭的責任。
他們會一起參加朋友的聚會，也偶爾單獨相處，喝茶、吃飯、散步，但永遠保持著適度的距離。她知道從始到終，他們之間都有一個距離，讀書時，這距離就是一張書桌，不遠也不近。而今天亦然。這距離，使他們有一種默契，相對無言，卻能明白彼此的心事；這距離，使他們坦然，既可以聆聽對方的心事，也不至於逾越雷池；這距離，使他們單純的友情多了一份親情。
其實至今為止，人類所有的科學發現，只是對自然規律的認識和利用。有史以來，人類還從沒有創造或發明一種哪怕是最基礎的規律﹗
無神主義者認為，自然規律亙古就有，且永遠存在；我們人類只能利用規律，而不能創造。但無神主義還有一個理論︰萬事萬物，皆有生有滅。這就是典型的自相矛盾──既然自然規律也是一種事物，難道它就沒有一個開始？但如果有開始，我們就要回答︰當今科技賴以生存的自然規律，究竟是怎么開始的？
地球上生命的誕生，被認為是自然演化的奇跡。然而現代科學證明，地球到太陽的距離恰到好處，若再遠或再近一點，地球都會因為表面溫度過高或過低而無法孕育出生命。另外，地球大小對於生命的誕生也至關重要，若直徑再大或再小一些，地球的大氣濃度就會發生嚴重變化，同樣不能孕育出生命。月球對於生命的誕生也很重要，正是由於它的存在，地球的海洋有了潮汐現象，最終形成了生命的溫床。就連地球外側看似無用的大個子行星──木星和土星，也有效地保護了地球免受小行星地撞擊，不然地球上的生命不知道要被毀滅多少次。還有太陽的溫度、太陽系的直徑、各大行星的位置。。。。如此精妙設計的生命之舟，卻被認為是自然界的巧合﹗那這一巧合也實在太不可思議了﹗
如果我們把地球誕生至今，濃縮為一天的時間，那人類的歷史大概只有幾分鐘光景。以宇宙之浩瀚，剛剛誕生的人類，不過是襁褓中的嬰兒。人類這種無知的驕傲，真不知道從那裡來的勇氣﹗

很久以前，有一顆大大的蘋果樹。一個小男孩每天都喜歡來這兒和樹玩。他爬到蘋果樹上吃蘋果，躲在樹蔭下打個盹。他愛那顆樹，那顆樹也愛跟他玩。
時光流逝，小男孩漸漸長大，不能每天都來樹下玩了。
一天，男孩回到樹旁，一臉憂傷。 “來，我們一起玩！”樹對男孩說。 “我不再是一個小孩子了，我不能每天和您玩了。”男孩回答道，“我想要玩具。我需要錢買它們。”樹說：“抱歉，我沒有錢，但是你可以摘下我的蘋果拿去賣，這樣你就有錢了。”男孩手舞足蹈，把蘋果摘了個精光，開心地離去了。男孩摘了蘋果離開後，就再也沒有回來，樹感受到很難過。
一天，長大成人的男孩回來了，樹喜出望外。樹說：“和我一起玩吧！”
“我沒有時間玩。我要做工養家，我們要蓋房子來住。你能幫我嗎？”“抱歉，我沒有房子，但是你可以砍下我的樹枝來蓋房子。”男孩把樹枝砍了個精光，開心地離去了。樹心滿意足地看著男孩的背影。然而，從那以後，男孩就再也沒有回來。樹再次寂寞和難過了。
一個盛夏，男孩回來了，樹欣喜萬分。樹說：“和我一起玩吧！”“我很傷心。我越來越老了，我想去划船，讓自己悠閒一下。你能給我一條船嗎？”“用我的樹幹去造一條船吧，你可以開開心心地想劃多遠就劃多遠。”男孩鋸下樹幹，造了一條船。他划船離去，很久沒有再露面。
終於，多年以後，男孩回來了。樹說：“抱歉我的孩子，可惜我現在什麼也沒法給你了。沒有蘋果給你吃。”男孩回答道：“我老到再也爬不動了。”“我實在什麼也給不了你了，我唯一留下的就是我的枯老的根了。”樹流著眼淚說。 “我現在再也沒有什麼需要了，只是有個地方讓我歇一下就好了。經過了這麼多年，我太累了。”男孩回答說。 “好吧，老樹根是最好的歇腳地方了。來吧，坐在我身上歇歇吧。”男孩坐了下來，樹開心地熱淚盈眶。
年幼時，我們喜歡跟爸爸和媽媽玩，當我們長大後，我們離開了他們，只有我們有求於他們或遇到麻煩的時候，我們才回家。無論如何，父母總是一如既往，有求必應，想方設法讓你開心。
你可能覺得男孩對樹太無情，然而我們誰又不是這般的對待自己的父母呢？當然，這不是所有的人都是這樣，可是父母為我們做出的何其多呀！
讀後有許多感想：樹的經歷如我們父母的際遇。
無論如何，父母對兒女都是有求必應，想方設法讓兒女開心，甚至不惜一切代價。然而這些只有我們當了父母之後才有更深的體會。這是多麼不公平！抽點時間，多陪陪我們漸漸老去的父母吧！日漸蒼老的父母，這時無法再撐起一把大傘來保護我們了，但確實需要我們做兒女的多陪伴他們了，和他們說說話、吃吃飯，一起拉拉家常，幫他們打理一下家務，不要閒他們嘮叨，那都是對我們深深地疼愛。

泡一杯茶，燃一支煙，在這個隆重的節日，獨自一個人靜靜躲在一處安然無擾的所在。耳畔當然少不了意境空遠、放大虛渺的曲子，使本就寂寞的感覺更加寂寞。
我喜歡一份清透入定的寂寞。在我看來，寂寞的人沉浸於寂寞的時分，讓寂寞的情態蟄伏在寂寞的思想曠野中，能夠完全知悟生存的況味，能夠超然旁觀塵世的風 貌。我堅信這不會只是我一個人的偏頗。凡心瀅瀅，情懷豁豁，夢無邊緣，願無長短，情感的此岸與懷念的彼端，一直在持續不斷地傳達著恰似默契的感應，叫這個 深品生疑、淺嚐苦鹹的人倫，蘊生出幾多眷戀。
常常把情懷的線條勾結成可以袒呈的章回，或者關聯，或者閃斷，字句幽情，行間藏逸。也許只是為了模糊地刻錄心靈深處那些根本說不清楚的盲目，在那些互問互答的深邃底層，依然是本我人性的迷失與徘徊，依然是理性品格的掙扎和逃亡。
